Dr Tom Eberhard has an office at 1292 Highbury Ave., not 1492, and the other Dr Eberhard in London,, who I've never met, does not have the first name Tom. He practises internal medicine. I would like to add another name to this list, Dr Tom Eberhard. A family physician in London, Ontario, with an (unmarked) office at 1492 Highbury Ave. (He should not be confused with another Dr Tom Eberhard in London, a specialist.) I made a complaint to the College after he caressed my breast, and, on an earlier occasion, made some inappropriate comments. After a lengthy process, they decided not to proceed because he denied it, and one of his assistants claimed to have been present at all times (she was not); they stated that although they don't question the veracity of the claim, they had to question the ability to prove the case! I have been confounded at what avenues are left to protect the public from this man. I have considered an entry in Rate MDs, but a quick check shows a 'good rating' for Dr Dobrowolski, with a brief mention of controversy.
